Cantillon Lambic d'Aunis

The d'Aunis uses Côt d'Aunis grapes — the same variety you'd find in certain Loire wines. Rose, wild berry, floral notes over the characteristic Cantillon tartness. More elegant than the Scarabée, less confrontational, but still unmistakably wild.

This one converts wine people faster than most lambics because the aromatic profile speaks their language. Excellent alongside food; just as good without it.
