Dada Chapel
Dada Chapel — Belgium's Most Adventurous Craft Distillery
Dada Chapel was founded in 2018 in Ghent, Belgium, with a straightforward ambition: to make extraordinary spirits from local Belgian ingredients, without following anyone else's rules. Named after the early 20th-century avant-garde art movement — art that rejected convention and embraced the absurd — Dada Chapel applies that same rebellious spirit to distillation.
The range is genuinely eclectic: a potato vodka made from Belgian spuds, a "brhum" made from Belgian beet sugar rather than tropical molasses, gin made with local botanicals, a negroni pre-batched for instant excellence, and even a Belgian whisky aged in beer barrels. Each product is made with the same care and local sourcing philosophy, and the results consistently surprise. This is Belgian craft at its most creative.
