The name is the coordinates of Brussels. The bottle is what happens when Cantillon ages lambic in old rum barrels — for two years, the wood releases everything it absorbed during its previous life with rum. The usual wild acidity is still there, but layered under oak, dried stone fruit, and a rum warmth that doesn't announce itself until the finish.

At 8% it's the strongest thing in the Cantillon lineup. Not a drinking session — a thinking session. One glass is enough if you're paying attention.
