The framboise that redefined what fruit lambic should be. Fresh raspberries are macerated directly in young lambic — the fruit contributes aroma and depth, not sweetness. This is not a fruit beer in the commercial sense; it's lambic that happens to have been through a berry harvest.

Intensely aromatic — raspberry and rose up front, Cantillon tartness underneath. The fruit disappears into the acidity rather than dominating it. Worth comparing directly to the Gueuze to understand what the maceration actually does.
