Dada Chapel Aged Beet Brhum 42° 70cl

Take the Brhum, put it in oak for a while, and you get this: earthier, warmer, more complex. The beet character becomes something like caramelised root sweetness — unusual and oddly compelling.

This is the bottle that earns Dada Chapel its place on the shelf next to much more established names. Not everyone will get it immediately. The ones who do tend to come back for more.
