Chichibu 2014 Eli Trail 54.5° 70cl

Chichibu is the kind of distillery that makes whisky people genuinely emotional. Founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto, it produces small, precise, deeply considered single malts that age faster than Scottish equivalents thanks to Japan's climate.

The Eli Trail is a single cask bottling from 2014, at natural cask strength. Malt, faint smoke, orchard fruit, the kind of structural precision that makes you slow down. There are very few bottles of this in Belgium. There is currently one in our stock.
