Daftmill is a working farm in Fife that distills whisky twice a year when the farming schedule allows. No visitor centre, no marketing budget, no core range. Just a farmer with a still and extremely limited releases that sell out immediately.

The Summer 2011 is delicate in the way Lowland whiskies tend to be — orchard fruit, floral, honeyed barley — but with a quality that only comes from very patient, very careful whisky making. If you know, you know. If you don't, now you do.
